Elizabetes Street is one of the most interesting streets in Riga, with a number of architectural monuments and lots of parks surrounding it - nearby is Kronvalda Park, Esplanade and Vermane Garden. The street was named in honor of Alexander I's wife, Empress Elizabeth Alexeyevna, and appeared on the map of Riga for the first time in 1812. Elizabetes Street, like many other streets, has changed its name several times throughout history. In 1940 it became Kirov Street, then Walter von Plettenberg Avenue, then Kirov again, and after many changes of name, in 1990 the street finally regained its historic name - Elizabetes Street.

The street begins at the so-called Quiet Center, which is especially loved by business people, diplomats and foreign guests. This neighborhood is characterized by peacefulness, without the hustle and bustle that usually overtakes the big cities, preserving all the advantages of the center - security, luxury apartments, respectable offices, shops, restaurants. Elizabetes Street is considered to be one of the most beautiful streets in Riga. Therefore, it is not surprising, that this historic street has so often been chosen as a home by different historical figures.

The architect of Elizabetes Street 18 building is Janis Friedrich Baumanis, who is probably one of the best-known architects in Latvia, who has designed about 150 building projects, including the building of the Bank of Latvia, Riga Regional Court and Riga Circus. A new beginning of the masterpiece of this famous architect at 18 Elizabetes Street, started in 2013. The building was completely renovated, floors, communications, glass atrium, impressive entrance hall (lobby), automated underground parking.

All apartments have restored or installed wood fireplaces, smart home system, soundproof oak windows and hardwood oak parquet. Great attention was paid to noise insulation, safety and comfort of the prospective inhabitants of the house. All apartments are fully finished, equipped with German quality kitchen appliances from Leicht, Kuppersbuch, Miele. Five apartments are fully furnished.
