Hoffmann Rezidence

Hoffman Residence is a residential house reconstruction project in Riga, Latvia. The project building is located in a popular area - Klīversala, by the river Daugava, which offers a panoramic view of the Old Town of Riga. The historical center of Riga is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The residential building was built in 1901 as a rental house, its author architect technician V. Hofmanis. The architectural composition of the street facades is created in a unified Neo-Renaissance style, with slightly accentuated corner risalits.

The project and construction works are expected to be completed in 2022. The development of the project envisages the reconstruction of an eclectic building built in the early 20th century.

Hoffman Residence is a 6-storey building divided into 50 cozy apartments, 3 lofts and 7 exclusive penthouse apartments. In the basement there will be 6 private garages, a bicycle storage room and individual storage facilities.

Efficiently planned 1-4 room apartments with high ceilings, overlooking the Daugava or the courtyard, and only a 5-minute walk from the city center.

The aim of this development project is to preserve the historical value of the building by reconstructing the building and renovating the façade, but at the same time modernizing it with efficient engineering solutions.

Despite the short distance to the Old Town and the city center, the Klīversala area has a convenient and developed infrastructure - convenient public transport, the National Library of Latvia, Victory Park, Sakura Garden and green areas for walks or sports in the fresh air, convenient proximity to shops and shopping centers. For families with children, the Hoffmann residence is close to pre-school centers, kindergartens and schools.
