HoffmanN Rezidence - residential house reconstruction project in Riga, Latvia. The project building is located in a popular area - Klīversala, by the Daugava river embankment, which offers a panoramic view of the Old Town of Riga. The historic centre of Riga is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The building was built in 1901 as a tenement house by the architect-technician V. Hofmanis. The architectural composition of the street facades is in a unified Neo-Renaissance style, with slightly accentuated corner buttresses.

The design and construction works are expected to be completed in 2022. The project involves the reconstruction of an eclectic building from the early 20th century.

The Hoffman Residence is a 6-storey building divided into 50 cosy apartments, 3 lofts and 7 exclusive penthouses. The basement will house 6 private garages, bike storage and individual storage available.
