Latvian residential properties will be presented at Sotheby\u2019s in London<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participants of Sotheby`s auction will be offered more than ten unique properties<\/p>\n

Riga, 24.11.2010.<\/strong>\u00a0Co-owners of the international real estate company\u00a0Baltic Sotheby\u2019s International Realty,<\/em>which deals with luxury\u00a0\u00a0residential properties, will meet the guests of the Sotheby\u2019s auction in London on the 28th<\/sup>\u00a0and the 29th<\/sup>\u00a0of November. The prestigious sales auction \u201cRussian Paintings\u201d will present the works of Russian artists of 19th<\/sup>\u00a0and 20th<\/sup>\u00a0century.* On closed events, held during the auction,<\/span>\u00a0Baltic Sotheby\u2019s International Realty<\/em>\u00a0will present to approximately 15 unique residential properties in Latvia to\u00a0Sotheby\u2019s<\/em>\u00a0clients. Among these properties, there will be: \u201cKuk\u0161u Mui\u017ea\u201d manor house, \u201cCin\u0101tas\u201d countryside property, Edoles castle, villa in Jurmala on 26 Rotas Street, several extraordinary\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0apartments in Riga, etc..<\/p>\n

\u201cWe will have the opportunity to popularize Latvia and show the sophisticated clientele, that our country has truly interesting real estate. We are attending this\u00a0Sotheby\u2019s<\/em>\u00a0auction,<\/em>\u00a0because Russian art is demanded, especially among wealthy clients from CIS countries.
