The demand for luxury-class flats in R\u012bga exceeds supply.\u00a0 Potential renters are interested in classical flats which have been renovated and are found in equally renovated buildings in the quiet centre of R\u012bga.\u00a0 Expert Evita Pudane from Baltic Sotheby\u2019s International Realty claims that there is an insufficient number of offers in this regard.\u00a0 For that reason, potential renters are focusing their view on new buildings outside of the centre of the capital city.<\/p>\n
