Līga Kohtanena embarked upon her career in real estate a little over a decade and a half ago, with a primary focus on the sales and consultation of residential properties. Prior to her professional development within the real estate industry, Līga honed her skills through her tenure at esteemed organizations such as the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia and the multinational corporation Siemens.

Līga subscribes to the belief that the real estate industry is not simply a transactional process of acquiring a piece of land, a house, or an apartment, but rather it represents something far more profound – the provision of a superior living environment that enables individuals to find fulfillment in their lives and attain a state of inner harmony.
