Description

For sale is a tastefully designed and functionally planned apartment that combines modern comfort with a warm atmosphere and beautiful sea views.
The heart of the apartment is a bright open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features high-quality built-in cabinetry and all essential appliances for comfortable everyday living, including a dishwasher and washing machine. A spacious built-in wardrobe at the entrance provides practical storage.
The bedroom is separated from the living area by sliding doors, preserving the feeling of openness while ensuring privacy. A panoramic window with access to a private terrace offers beautiful views of the Baltic Sea, creating a relaxing atmosphere from sunrise to sunset.
The bathroom is fully fitted with premium sanitary ware, a bathtub, and a built-in storage cabinet. Elegant floral wall accents add warmth, character, and a refined touch to the interior.
This apartment is an excellent choice for those who appreciate thoughtful design, quality finishes, and the opportunity to enjoy coastal living.

The apartment is located within a distinctive residential development created through the meticulous restoration of a historic school building, just a short walk from the Baltic Sea. The project comprises eight thoughtfully designed one-bedroom apartments, seamlessly combining historic architecture, contemporary design and energy-efficient engineering solutions.
The building's original architectural concept was developed by architect Reinis Liepiņš of Sudraba arhitektūra, carefully preserving the property's historic character while introducing a contemporary roof structure with elegant glazed terraces. The detailed architectural design, project coordination and architectural supervision were carried out by Rolands Mednis and his team at Mount House, while the interior design of both the apartments and the common areas was created and implemented by designer Dace Stabulniece.
Each apartment benefits from its own private outdoor space — a spacious terrace or balcony — as well as one dedicated parking space and a private storage unit. The landscaped, gated courtyard offers a shared barbecue area, mature lime trees and carefully designed architectural lighting that creates a warm and elegant atmosphere after sunset.
For residents' comfort and security, the building is equipped with CCTV surveillance, motion-sensor lighting in the common areas and individual key storage boxes. Every apartment features individual heating, electricity and water meters, energy-efficient air-source heat pumps combined with a heat recovery ventilation system, while the second-floor apartments are additionally fitted with air conditioning. Thanks to the high-quality renovation and the excellent thermal properties of the historic masonry structure, the building offers low operating and utility costs.
