The building was commissioned for use in October 2026. The renovation included façade and roof insulation, roof covering replacement, restoration of historic details and installation of new engineering systems.

New water supply, sewage, heating, electrical, ventilation and air-conditioning systems have been installed. The building features wooden windows with triple glazing, new lifts, restored communal areas and new apartment entrance doors, while the historic wooden entrance doors have been restored.

Residents benefit from fibre-optic internet, an intercom system, video surveillance and fire alarm systems in the common areas. Storage units are available in the basement, while parking spaces and bicycle parking are provided within the development.

85% of the apartments in the project have already been reserved.
