Cozy and exclusive house in Jurmala. The house was built in 2016, but it inspires a classic feeling of a Jūrmala summer house: wooden decoration, stained glass windows, younger and older pine trees grow in the yard, which are typical of Jūrmala, as well as other trees and bushes, the smell of Jūrmala, which calms and inspires at the same time. Both in the construction of the house and in the interior decoration and furniture, only the highest quality materials are used. Planks from European manors are used for the floor covering, which have been carefully restored and incorporated into the parquet floor covering. Artists worked on painting the walls. Even the plastic smoke detectors are painted wood-like to blend in with the design. Each room has an individual design, but the whole house has a classic cottage style with wooden details. The bedroom on the third floor is on two levels, next to it is a study room, where you can work or relax with a book. Decorative carvings in the ceiling beams add sophistication to the house.
The sea with a sandy beach is only 120 m away from the house. Rotas Street is located right next to the Ragakāpa Nature Park. Jurmala is one of the most popular destinations in Latvia all over the world. The resort town has both peaceful paths for walks in forests and parks, as well as various restaurants and entertainment venues.
