New Club-type house offer apartment's, in a quiet area of Dzintari private houses. There are only 5 apartments in the house, and each one is provided with its own backyard area from the common plot of land.

The apartments are offered with full decoration, wear-resistant flooring made of natural oak, high-quality wooden doors (height - 2.3m), built-in LED lighting. A smart home system that allows you to control electricity consumption. In the junctions, the floor has a modern vinyl coating, which is pleasantly warm even in summer and does not require heating. Special attention has been paid to sound insulation during the construction process.
For each apartment, the price includes a parking space in the area, where you can also charge an electric car.
