The new project in the center of Riga, in the courtyard of Bruninieku Street 93, is a qualitatively converted former weaving factory building into 12 well-furnished, energy-efficient apartments - lofts.
Taking into account that the apartments have wide floor-to-ceiling windows, the ceiling height in several apartments reaches 4m, and thus the rebuilt industrial building allows the new residents to plan interesting furniture design solutions.
Terraces are available for several apartments, where you can enjoy summer evenings and feel the advantages of apartment-loft life in a quiet, bright and green courtyard of the center of Riga.
In accordance with the new requirements for the building's energy efficiency, the building's exterior walls were insulated, energy-efficient double-chamber windows were installed, and an individual heat meter was installed for each apartment. A recuperation system is installed in each room. Heating is provided by a Toshiba air/water heat pump.
In this project, all apartments have fully finished finishing works. Stone baths, "Laufen" and "Grohe" sanitary ware, ceramic tiles, 33 class laminate and veneered doors.
The complete renovation of the building includes completely re-installation of all communications - electrical installation, water supply and sewerage networks, construction of new partitions, installation of front doors of apartments, complying with sound insulation and fire safety standards.
The facade of the building was renovated, a new roof covering was built. As a result of the reconstruction, large floor-to-ceiling windows and French balconies were installed. A cement block with warm floor heating pipes has been built to provide heating, and the warm floors in the bathrooms are provided by electricity.
All construction works have been completed in the building and it has been put into operation.
