The house at 11 Villande is one of the first examples of Art Nouveau in Riga's Quiet Centre, built in 1907 to a design by architect Rudolf Heinrich von Zirkwitz. We have completed an extensive renovation process and now offer 41 apartments for purchase in two buildings - the historic part of the building and a new, modern extension.
In the historic building, 26 apartments are available, ranging from 81 to 233 square metres, with ceiling heights of up to 4.60 metres in the penthouse apartments. The modern extension, on the other hand, has 15 apartments ranging from 90 to 327 square metres (including terraces), with ceiling heights of 2.7 metres.
