Jugla`s Oasis is four-section terraced house with parking under a carport, located in the middle of Jugla, in a quiet courtyard park area.

•External walls - Ceramic reinforced concrete b=200mm, insulated with rock-wool b=200mm.
•Ventilated wooden facade above the thermal insulation.
•Load-bearing walls - Ceramic concrete b=250mm.
•Inter-story slab - Monolithic reinforced concrete.
•Stairs - Metal construction with wooden steps.
•Roof - Wooden beams with rock-wool thermal insulation b=250 mm, covered with bitumen waterproofing material and PVC membrane.
•Internal rainwater drainage system with heated funnels.
•Partition walls - Internal partition walls with plasterboard cladding on metal frame filled with mineral wool insulation material.
•Walls of communication shafts - made of plasterboard.
•Windows - PVC windows with 3-layer double glazing.
•Exterior doors - Wooden doors fitted with intercom and remote opening function.

Technical details:
•Water supply - Centralized city water supply.
•Heating - Individual heating for each apartment, air-to-water heat pump. Heating on the 1st floor - underfloor heating with 4-zone division, on the 2nd floor - radiators with thermostats. Additional electric underfloor heating in the windbreak and in both sanitary units.
•Electricity supply - The building has a 3-phase connection to the city grid. Each apartment has a 3-phase connection to ensure the continuous simultaneous operation of the electric cooker and other appliances.
•Ventilation - Each apartment has mechanical ventilation with heat recovery to ensure fresh and clean air without opening the windows. The kitchen has an additional outlet to which a cooker hood is connected. The ducts are made of galvanized tin and are located in the shafts and in the ceiling of the rooms.
•Telecommunications - Connection to a licensed service provider - TET and Baltcom - is provided for services. Computer network sockets are provided for connection of equipment.
