"Asteres" is a new private house construction project in Garkalne, Ādaži region. It will be a fully landscaped residential village with a green and tidy environment, centralized communications, paved and lighted streets and active recreation areas for the villagers.
27 building plots for private house construction are offered for purchase. The plots of land are landscaped with connections to centralized village communications and are intended for one- or two-storey residential houses, incl. twin house construction.
Land plots with an area from 1483 m2 to 8506 m2 are available for choice.
About the project.
"Asteres" is located 30 km from the center of Riga, in a scenic and quiet place next to the Gauja. The total planned area of the project is 31 ha. Currently, the first phase of the project is being created and developed with a total area of 10 ha, the planned building area - 6 ha. Within the framework of the first phase of the project, the village territory, electricity, water supply, sewerage and road construction are being implemented.
