Franchises are distributed by Sotheby’s International Realty only after a very careful evaluation of real estate companies and individual brokers who must satisfy very strict requirements. Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates provides franchisees with an extensive range of business management, marketing, recruiting, education and business development tools. Participants in the network are exclusive representatives of the respected Sotheby’s auction house. Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty is one of the members of this international network.

Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty

The Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty real estate company was established in Rīga in 2010. Today the company has three offices in the Baltic region – in Rīga, Tallinn and Vilnius. Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty offers the best and most extensive offer of real estate not just in the Baltic States, but throughout the world to its clients. This is done in partnership with the international Sotheby’s International Realty network of agencies.
