The international real estate company Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty, which deals with the high quality living apartments, has opened its independent office in Jurmala (Jomas Street 83). The company is convinced, that the physical presence will allow operating successfully in the city, where there are many outstanding real estate property object. Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty has already received the rights to represent exclusively several detached houses and apartments in Jurmala.
„When in April, the year 2010, we entered the Baltic market and opened the office in Riga, we understood, that we should certainly work also in Jurmala. This city is strategically important for Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty, we could foresee, that our portfolio would be complemented by significant number of deals in this city. Jurmala, being the health resort property investment market, is being well quoted, and it is demanded among the buyers from the CIS states. We can foresee, that in summer we would have more work with the buyers, but with the end of the health resort season, we would have more deals with the sellers,” the member of the board of Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty Ilze Mazurenko has emphasized. She will lead the office in Jurmala during the first months of its activity.
The place for the office, of course, is chosen in the central pedestrians’ street in Jurmala, to which it is conveniently either to drive to, or to come by foot. There it is necessary to indicate, that also in other places in the world (for example, in Spain, Greece, New-Zealand, in the British and Virginian islands) Sotheby’s International Realty offices are situated in the main pedestrians’ streets of the health resort cities. In the Jurmala office of Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty, four specialists will work; among them there will be also well-known businessman Maris Bensons, who has joined the company in the status of the cooperation partner (Affiliated Partner). In summer, the office will be opened on working days, as well as on Saturdays.

Mazurenko has emphasized.
The company references will be placed on the real estate, the owners of which have transferred the exclusive rights to Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty, concerning the selling of this property. The first one could be already seen in Bulduru prospect 147, in Lielupe.
Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty began its activities in spring, the year 2010, by opening the office in Riga. In accordance with the company development strategy, in the year 2011, the office will be opened in Tallinn, but in the year 2012 – in Vilnius.
