For the first time in Latvia, Sotheby’s International Realty launches the sale of small-size apartments in Mezaparks, in the project Ezera Solo, offering affordable business class apartments that, thanks to the efficient use of small living space, save on maintenance costs.
As people’s needs change and the cost of living rises, it is clear that people are looking for ways to spend less. It is undeniable that a large part of resources is devoted to rent and utilities, which are promised to be particularly expensive this season.
Dace Sīle, Sales Consultant at Latvia Sotheby’s International Realty, says: “Taking into account the current situation and keeping an eye on consumer needs, for the first time we are offering compact business class apartments from 20 to 35 square metres, but at the same time offering the possibility to combine several apartment properties together to get a larger living space.”
The project offers a total of 105 apartments, spread over five floors, which are offered unfinished, allowing each owner to decorate the interior to their taste and desire and create the environment they want. The apartments are priced between EUR 2000 and 2200 per square metre.
The project also includes a demo apartment, which will be available for everyone to see, in order to get acquainted with effective furnishing solutions for a complete living space.
The apartments in Lake Solo will be particularly suitable for students, young families, the elderly and anyone who needs a pleasant place to stay when they arrive in the city. Also, buying apartments in this project is a good investment for rental income, as small apartments are currently in high demand on the rental market.
“These are very compact urban apartments, in a green environment and close to the centre – Mezaparks. Thanks to the small size of the apartments, the utility bills are low, which is a particular advantage for students. And with the possibility of combining several apartments into one, these apartments are a good option for young families,” says Elīna Zālīte-Saulriete, Sales Consultant at Latvia Sotheby’s International Realty.
20 parking spaces will be available for purchase for easy parking in front of the house.
The main advantages of these apartments are compactness and smart occupancy, which is not unimportant due to rising energy prices, as well as proximity to nature and parks, short distance to the city centre and good infrastructure. The area around the house is gated and landscaped, with parking spaces and a children’s playground, making it safe for children.
