Unique two-level apartment

Unique two-level design apartment on Artilērijas Street, in a quiet courtyard. The interior design of the apartment was created by designer Zane Tetere Šulce.
On the first level of the apartment there is a spacious living room with a 4 m high ceiling, an open kitchen area with a modern, up-to-date kitchen and all the necessary appliances.
Exit from the living room to the terrace, where you can leisurely enjoy your morning coffee or immerse yourself in a book.
On the first level there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet and a dressing room.
On the second level there is a study, which can be adapted as a bedroom and a bathroom with a utility room.
