The beautiful, bright building was built in 1897 according to the design of architect Karl Johann Felsko. Now, called Blaumana Residence, it is considered to be one of the best works of Karl Felsko, who lived and created his works in the 19th century. The buildings designed by him are notable for their detailed facade elements – cornices, banisters, and volutes made in traditional style. Renovation works are currently finished and it has given the facades bright elements a new look, combining classic design on the outside and a modern style on the inside. Its interior design corresponds to the historical context of the building: minimalism, laconic shapes, neutral colors, and natural textures. Engineering networks are fully replaced, and an optical internet connection has been established in the building. Each apartment has its own heat meter.
