Heating and hot water are provided by a ground source heat pump, monocrystalline solar panel power plant, water and sewerage by SIA "Rīgas ūdes". Solar panels provide up to 100% of the required energy for heating production. The apartment has an individual meter for electricity, water and heat accounting (automatic reading).
