One of the tallest building complexes in the Baltics and the first multifunctional project in Latvia, Zunda-Towers includes apartments, offices, the Podium relaxation area, venues for social events and conferences, as well as a four-level underground parking lot. Designed by renowned architect Andis Sīlis, Zunda-Towers is located in Riga, on the left bank of the Daugava River, where the energy of a 21st-century metropolis merges with the history and traditions of an 800-year-old European capital.

The SPA and fitness hall are located on the 1B floor of the Podium zone, with a total area of 2,103 square meters. The layout includes a SPA area with a swimming pool and several sauna rooms, a gym, a separate room for classes, changing rooms, a waiting area, as well as additional spaces for staff and visitors and can be arranged as needed to provide the perfect atmosphere for achieving your goals. Several entrances are provided, allowing the separation of the SPA and fitness zones. The facilities can be accessed directly from the parking lot, via one of the tower elevators, or through the main entrance.

The Zunda-Towers complex offers various amenities – 24-hour security; a safe, warm, and guarded underground parking lot with electric vehicle charging points; storage spaces and bicycle racks; restaurant and bar services; an outdoor park with a children's playground; as well as reception and concierge services.
