Short-term rental property with a 10.1% return

A premium residential quarter is currently being developed, combining historical heritage with modern living standards to create a unique living experience in the heart of Riga. The quarter will consist of five buildings featuring high-end apartments and commercial premises.

Sales and construction officially began in November 2025. In one of the buildings - D building, which will consist of fully furnished studio and one-bedroom apartments, the developers offer an investment opportunity through forward financing. The project includes 46 apartments and commercial spaces. These units are intended for short-term rental, with a projected annual return of 10.1%. The apartments planned to be finished with full finish.

The full completion of the entire quarter is expected by the end of 2027.
