Flats for urban dwellers

In the project, it is possible to buy 2-3 room apartments without decoration. During the renovation process, all utilities were replaced, central heating was connected, new radiators were installed (with heat meters), and windows and doors were replaced. New electrical outlets, water, and sewage connections have been installed in the apartments. Insulation of the facade, basement, and attic was carried out, and the house facade, roof, and staircase were renovated. The apartments are located on the 5th floor of the building and are individual properties; the land belongs to the property. We are currently offering apartments on the facade of the house, providing views of the Daugava, Puskina street, and the inner courtyard of the house. The management fee is 0.85 EUR/m².
