Vilhelma Nami or Wilhelm Homes are named after the famous warrior and businessman Wilhelm Hathorp, a descendant of the English conquerors who became famous in the Crusades. In the cozy, beautiful city, the Pearl of the Hanseatic League, in the center of Riga, after returning from the Crusades, Wilhelm Hathorp decided to build his first home - first he built a commercial and warehouse space for salt sales, and then built another. Later, the third house was completed, where Wilhelm's descendants settled near the Anglican Church, with a beautiful view of the river Daugava.
From the moment of construction these buildings were not reconstructed, only work that has been done was to preserve the buildings. And for the last 30 years, the buildings were completely unattended. At the start of the reconstruction in 2013, it was decided to create a modern and comfortable apartment complex that could meet the ambitious demands of the most sophisticated apartment buyers, creating an environment in a medieval building with a history and an excellent location.
The architectural monument is a meticulously crafted modern and comfortable 3-house complex featuring 12 carefully designed apartments to meet the needs of people who value true quality and luxury.
For the comfort of the residents the house also has its own SPA complex with a small, comfortable and functional gym. There is also a small courtyard that is closed to prying eyes from all sides, overlooking the Anglican Church. The picture is completed by a multi-functional entrance hall where you can have coffee, meet neighbors or guests, watch TV, play board games or even celebrate a resident's special occasions.
All apartments also have storage space. In the apartments, as in the house itself, everything is thought through to the smallest detail. Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, soundproofing, safety - and that's not all. For the convenience of the apartment owners, all systems are managed remotely - using a smart home system. And like a cherry on a top of the cake - gorgeous views of the Old Town complement it all.
All apartments are fully finished and equipped, furnished with high quality, stylish furniture from leading manufacturers.
