Guest house in Dzintari dunes

Three storey guest house 100 meters from a picturesque sandy beach and the Baltic Sea. The favorite restaurants, entertainment and walking places of Jurmala are also within walking distance. The apartments in the Jurmala summer house style building are equipped with individual kitchens, bathrooms and toilets. In the yard, there is a place for parking cars, as well as for relaxing and grilling. Directly from the yard there is an exit to the path that leads to the beach.
The total area of the guest house is 534.9 m2, located on a 2013.3 m2 plot of land. The building has eight apartments, of which six one-room apartments, one two-room apartment and one three-room apartment. Two of the one-room apartments have terraces. The areas of the apartments ooms are from 30.3 m2 to 76.3 m2.
