Jūrmala, Dubulti, prospect Zigfrīda Meierovica. A small hotel is for sale in the Jūrmala dunes. The two-story brick building with reinforced concrete covers was built in 1989. The building has been operating as a hotel since 1993. The total area of the hotel is 657.3 sq.m., the area of the plot is 829 sq.m. All city communications – city water supply and sewerage, city central heating. A total of 16 rooms are conveniently located on two floors, each with a shower, toilet and a small kitchen. In the basement there is a dining room, a kitchen, a heating unit, a laundry room, storage rooms, a room that can be used for a sauna and a massage room, a toilet and a shower room.
