The magnificent GREY STONE VILLAS are located in the peaceful Dzilnuciems, next to the Piņķi, which is a close to the heart of the capital city Riga. The sea and the airport is 15 minutes away. Currently, GREY STONE VILLAS are one of the best quality private house villages in Pieriga, Latvia, which also surprises with its energy efficiency. The project meets the requirements of a “near zero energy building,” meaning the monthly maintenance fee does not exceed €200. Plus, if you've gone out and turned off all the systems, then the bills will be close to zero.
This is possible thanks to a thoughtful selection of technologies, such as the Bosch ground heat pump with oak-board warm floors, considered the most efficient, affordable and state-of-the-art home heating solution at the moment. The villas also include a recovery system with air humidity control that will provide a consistently ideal climate and humidity level, unworried about the loss of warmed air.
High-quality aluminium glass window structures with three glass packages with no horizontal breakdowns are also of major importance – they will provide excellent thermal insulation.
