Also, the villas include a recuperation system with air humidity control, which will ensure a constant ideal climate and humidity level, without worrying about the loss of heated air.
High-quality aluminum glass window constructions with three glass packages without horizontal divisions are also of great importance - they will provide excellent thermal insulation.
