Development Project in the City of Riga

We offer a development property consisting of three land plots and the buildings located on them.

A comprehensive development vision has been created, with plans to merge the land plots located at Krāslavas Street 11, Krāslavas Street 13, and Krāslavas Street 15, forming a single land plot.

On the combined land plot, a new residential building is planned, preserving and reconstructing the existing structure at Krāslavas Street 13 (a four-story brick building). This building will be integrated into the new development, creating a perimeter building line 12.5 meters wide along Krāslavas Street, as well as new courtyard volumes. The buildings will be interconnected via a basement level, which will house underground parking and auxiliary spaces for the residential building.

Functionally, the building is designed as residential development with additional apartments and commercial spaces on the ground floors.

The project includes an underground parking facility on one level, with a total of 24 parking spaces. The building will have 43 apartments and 6 additional apartments. The total building volume is 4232 m², with a usable area of approximately 3043 m².
