We offer a private house built in a classic style in Mežapark. Interior re-planning and reconstruction has started in the house. In the planned premises on three floors, a bright living room with a restored pot in the oven, kitchen, dining room, office, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, guest toilet, glazed lounge, conservatory, swimming pool are planned. Replaced windows, designer stairs to the second floor, plastered, prepared walls for painting, installed a new gas boiler. Wooden parquet floors have been preserved in all rooms. The building, which was built in 1929 according to the project of the building's owner, engineer Alfred Auziņas, has the status of a monument of local importance. It is necessary to complete the reconstruction and re-planning works of the house and to improve the beautiful garden area of 2995 m2.
