Ski and recreation base Mežezers

In the southern corner of the Vidzeme Upland, in a picturesque and forested area on the southern shore of Lake Odze, lies the unique tourism, sports, and recreation base "Mežezers." This 33-hectare territory combines the beauty of nature with extensive opportunities for active recreation – featuring a leisure complex, ski slopes, lush forests, and a wide shoreline with two piers.

The base includes:

- Three two-story cabins on the hill, each with 15 sleeping places;
- A guesthouse with a cozy café;
- Swimming pool and sauna;
- Ski hill with 7 slopes and lifts;
- Campsites and a beach on the shore of Lake Odze;
- An outdoor pool fed by 12 mountain springs from an underground lake, maintaining a constant water temperature of +7°C.

The buildings are equipped with heating systems, with some cabins featuring electric heating. "Mežezers" is particularly proud of its high-quality drinking water, provided by artesian wells.

This destination is well-known among active recreation enthusiasts and regularly collaborates with corporate clients, hosting events, sports games, and celebrations.
