A total of five plots of land with a total area of ​​2 ha, located in one of the most popular resort towns in the Baltic States - Jurmala.
A detailed plan was approved for the land property in 2012 (currently not valid), according to which the following technical conditions were assigned to the mentioned 5 plots of land;
- building density from 28% to 30%;
- construction intensity in the construction of terraced houses - 75%, in the construction of low-rise apartment buildings - 105%, in the construction of business and public buildings - 84%;
- free territory - 30%;
- number of floors: 2 floors with a roof floor - in the construction of terraced houses, 3 floors - in the construction of business and public buildings, 4 floors - in the construction of low-rise apartment buildings.
According to the territorial planning of the city of Jūrmala, it is located in the territory of the Mixed resort.
