A total of 39 plots, 27 of which are for individual residential development. There is also forest on this land plot. There is a detailed planning. All plots are registered in the Land Register.

The land plots are located in the rural area of the Ikšķile municipality spatial plan, where the main use is agriculture and construction of private houses. The total project area is split into 2 parts, crossed by the municipal road (C2) Celmini - Bulstrumi - Dainas. Part of the territory is covered by forests.
The development of construction plans for residential building is allowed.
- The minimum area of one building plot is set at not less than 0.25ha
- one single-family or two-family residential house with attached outbuildings may be constructed on one building plot.
- A maximum of two storeys with mansard floor is permitted.
Maximum building density for detached houses up to 30%, transformable area for building in the forest area - 10%.
