Baiba Kalniņa began her career in the field of real estate back in 2006. Working within the area for over 17 years, she has acquired a diverse understanding and expertise in real estate development, project management, administration, and management, specializing in the sales of complex and voluminous commercial properties.

Baiba can be characterized as purposeful, dynamic, and eager to expand her knowledge about real estate, reflecting in her current studies at Riga Technical University, where she is set out to receive a diploma in the study program Real Estate Management. Baiba’s deep knowledge in the field and love for communication are the qualities that guarantee she finds the most suitable client for each property, successfully conducts business, resolves difficult situations, and establishes long-term relationships with all parties involved in the transaction.

Although Baiba mainly specializes in selling housing and development properties, her vigorous and enthusiastic character has resulted in her closing deals on a wide range of real estate properties: building land, rural properties, private homes, and apartments.
