Gabriela Grinberga began her professional career in the real estate industry in 2012 after returning to Latvia from the United States, where she obtained a degree in Public Relations and Communication Sciences. Over the course of more than a decade, she has built extensive experience in real estate sales, client relationship management, and strategic business development.

In addition to her experience in the real estate sector, Gabriela has further developed her professional expertise in an international environment, working both for a global IT company and within the aviation industry. This background has strengthened her ability to manage dynamic processes, foster international partnerships, and deliver high-level client service.

Throughout her professional career, Gabriela has placed strong emphasis on building long-term relationships with clients and partners, based on mutual trust, integrity, and the highest professional standards. Her leadership approach is defined by strategic thinking, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to combine business growth with a highly personalized client experience.

Specializing in premium residential properties in central Riga and the surrounding areas, Gabriela has successfully managed complex transactions and advised clients on significant investment decisions. In her new role as Executive Director of Latvia Sotheby’s International Realty, she will focus on the company’s operational development, strengthening international cooperation, expanding the team, and reinforcing the company’s position within Latvia’s luxury real estate market.
