Architectural heritage with a new story of opportunity

For sale a historic property located on one of the most active pedestrian streets in the Old Town. The building is situated within the UNESCO World Heritage Site and forms an important part of the Old Town urban environment, distinguished by high architectural and cultural-historical value.

Several significant interior elements have been preserved, including the staircase with Art Nouveau wrought-iron railings, cement tile flooring, and decorative wall and ceiling paintings on the upper floors.

A reconstruction and restoration concept has been developed for the building, providing for the restoration of the historic façades, integration of modern engineering solutions, and flexible functional use. The planned primary function is residential, with 16 apartments located on the upper floors, while the ground floor and mezzanine are intended for commercial use (retail, restaurants, cafés, or galleries). The project предусматривает the installation of an elevator and a complete upgrade of engineering systems in line with modern standards.

The property is suitable for a high-quality mixed-use development, such as a boutique hotel, premium residential building, or an investment property with commercial spaces, while preserving and highlighting the unique architectural identity of Riga’s Old Town.
