A unique object of commercial real estate in the historic center of the city is offered for sale for the first time. Premium location for the European real estate market.
The building was historically constructed and designed as a hotel, but its location would also be favorable for conversion into offices, a shopping center, or an apartment building. Total area of the building is 1508 sq.m., leaseable area – 1063 sq.m. (incl.retail area 1st floor 200 sq.m.).
The basement of the building is designed to include technical rooms, various utility rooms, and a kitchen for the restaurant located on the first floor. A reception area and lobby are also planned here.

From the 2nd to the 6th floor of the building, 34 hotel-style rooms are planned, offering beautiful views of the House of the Blackheads, St. Peter's Church, the Daugava River, and the Old Riga panorama.

For the facade of the building, large-format premium black granite was used. In the Baltic climate, it is also important to note the material's resistance to sharp temperature fluctuations and high humidity levels.

Copper roofing is used for the roof finishing and is arguably the most premium material. It has a noble reddish tint characteristic of this metal and fits perfectly with the charm of the roofs in Old Riga.
After several decades (depending on the specific area's climate conditions), copper roofing begins to acquire a malachite-green or turquoise-green hue (the so-called patina). In this state, the copper roofing remains for all the following years.
Copper roofing does not require maintenance or painting, which significantly reduces its operating costs. Due to the anti-corrosive properties of copper, this type of roofing can last for more than a hundred years.

Town Hall Square is considered one of the most beautiful squares in Riga and is most often depicted on souvenirs. This is where the main city tours start. It is believed that the first-ever Christmas tree was erected here in 1510.
Town Hall Square dates back to the 13th century and is Riga's central square. Originally there was a large marketplace where goods from various parts of Europe were brought in. Therefore, for a long time, it was known as "Market Square". That all changed in 1334, when the town hall was erected on the square, and it became the political center of Riga.
The buildings on the square look like new, as almost all the structures on it were destroyed during World War II and underwent extensive reconstruction only in the 21st century.
