The building on Skolas Street consists of 35 apartments, characterized by rational layout and thoughtful solutions. The building on 32 Skolas Street will have both underground and above-ground parking spaces, a secure bicycle storage facility, as well as a space for storing sports equipment and baby strollers. Each building wing will be equipped with a modern elevator.
The building can be fully utilized for residential purposes only, so an alternative layout of the building has been developed for the Stabu Street section, planning for 10 apartments instead of office space.
