A complete reconstruction project has been developed and approved for the building at 32 Skolas Street in the center of Riga. The project includes the construction of an attic floor and an underground parking space in the courtyard. The construction project encompasses the full set of project documentation, including all communication sections, work organization, external heating supply, and more. Interior design projects have been developed for the apartments, preserving the historic ambiance of the building while adapting it to a modern living environment. The authors of the project are acclaimed architects from SIA "MARK ARHITEKTI," who have participated in projects such as the reconstruction of Riga Castle, the new building of the Riga Regional Court, the construction of a hotel on Kungu Street, and others.
The building on Skolas Street consists of 35 apartments, characterized by rational layout and thoughtful solutions. Each apartment is designed to include built-in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms in the larger apartments, individual utility service meters, and a storage room in the basement of the building. The exclusivity of the attic apartments is enhanced by closed terraces facing the courtyard.
The building on 32 Skolas Street will have both underground and above-ground parking spaces, a secure bicycle storage facility, as well as a space for storing sports equipment and baby strollers. Each building wing will be equipped with a modern elevator.
The building can be fully utilized for residential purposes only, so an alternative layout of the building has been developed for the Stabu Street section, planning for 10 apartments instead of office space.
Skolas Street is one of the most elegant and tidy streets in Riga, with infrastructure for bicycles and renovated houses.
