Land by the Baltic Sea in Jurmalciems, Nīca parish

Two land properties for sale (5,22 ha) on the seashore in Jūrmalciems, one of the oldest fishing villages in Latvia. Jūrmalciems is a settlement in the municipality of Nīca in the South Kurzeme region. The village is located on the Baltic Sea coast 21 km from Liepāja, 80 km from Klaipėda, 10 km from the parish centre of Nīca, 36 km from the regional centre of Grobiņa and 241 km from Riga.
The main property "Peldes" (1,3 ha) is a traditional Latvian farmstead located in an ancient fishing village with a unique atmosphere and is a desirable real estate property.
The property is only 5 minutes’ walk to the sea through the property meadows. It is a nature lover's paradise and the village is located between two nature parks - "Pape" and "Bernati".

* 1-storey outbuilding (sauna) built in 1920 with a total area of 25,5 sq.m.
* 1-storey outbuilding (barn) built in 2000 with a total area of 72,3 sq.m.
According to the land register, eight outbuildings are registered (three outbuildings have not been found in nature). The property "Peldes", the western side of which is located in the coastal dune protection zone and the eastern side (with the homestead) is located in the L2 area where construction is allowed outside the coastal dune protection zone. The coastal dune protection zone is 150 m wide.

The land property 'Jūrmalkrasts' (cadastre No 6478 019 0163) consists of an undeveloped land plot with a total area of 3,92 ha. The land unit is located in the nature and green area (DA). The land unit is located in the coastal dune protection zone of the Baltic Sea and the Gulf of Riga, where building is not allowed. Without connected utilities.
