Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle of premium residential and commercial properties
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with local and international clients
- Conduct property viewings and professionally present high-end real estate opportunities
- Prepare and lead negotiations, ensuring successful transaction completion
- Collaborate with internal team members and partners across the international network
- Continuously monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales or brokerage services
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
- Fluency in Latvian and English; knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with high-net-worth and international clients
